Payment terms

In flat fee matters, our clients pay 50% of the document preparation fee at the time they accept our service. The remaining 50% is due at the time the packet is filed. The fee must be paid in full before the packet is filed.

In multi-step matters, such as fiancé(e) and marriage visas, payment for each individual step is handled separately – that is, 50% of payment for Step 1 is due at the initiation of that step, 50% of payment for Step 2 is due at the initiation of that step, etc.

Payment may be made by completing our Credit Card Authorization form, by check, money order, cashier’s check, zelle or cash.

Fiancé(e) Visas.

Through a fiancé(e) (K-1) visa, a United States citizen may obtain U.S. residency for a foreign fiancé(e).

Step 1: Prepare Form I-129F petition along with mandatory supporting documentation and proof of relationship bona fides included… $1,500

Prepare K-1 visa application along with supporting documentation, including I-134 affidavit of support. Coordinate case at local consulate level and prepare packet.

Step 2: Prepare Form I-485 adjustment of status application, along with supporting documentation including the Form I-864 Affidavit of Support. $1800.

Form I-751 (Removal of Restrictions on Green Card) (With a Waiver of Signature)

This service is for a Form I-751 petition prepared as a “waiver” petition, filed without the cooperation of the original U.S. petitioner. We prepare the waiver on the basis of a showing that the marriage was entered into in good faith and thereafter terminated.

Step 1 Prepare and file I-751 petition to remove conditions of lawful permanent residency status along with appropriate supporting documentation. $1,480

Form I-751 petition (jointly filed).

This service is for a Form I-751 waiver petition that is jointly filed with the cooperation of both the green card holder and the U.S. spouse who originally petitioned for the green card for the holder.
Prepare and file I-751 petition to remove conditions on residency, along with appropriate supporting documentation and all required forms. $1800

Marriage-based Adjustment of Status.

Prepare I-130, I485, I765, G325, I864 with appropriate supporting documentation. $2,100

Petitions for Family Member not in the US

Step 1 Prepare and file I-130 petition along with appropriate supporting documentation. $2,200-$3,200
Step 2 Prepare DS-260 immigrant visa application and assist clients with obtaining required supporting documentation (including primary I-864 Affidavit of Support). Fee varies based on number of family members immigrating to the US.

Naturalization.

Naturalization is the process of becoming a U.S. citizen through filing a Form N-400 application.

Prepare and file N-400 Application for Naturalization along with appropriate supporting documentation. $1,150

VAWA (Form I-360)

VAWA green card status was created to help victims of domestic abuse remain in the Unites States and seek adjustment of status (a green card). The victims will benefit under VAWA if the abuser is or was a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (LPR) spouse or parent.

VAWA allows applicants to petition for immigrant benefits even if the marriage ended in divorce, as long as the applicant;

  1. Demonstrates a connection between the divorce and the domestic violence, and
  2. Files the petition within the statutory limit of two years from the termination of the alleged marriage (See Immigration and Nationality Act (I.N.A.) § 204(a) (1) (A) (iii) (aa) (CC) (ccc).)

Once USCIS approves the I-360 VAWA petition, the beneficiary will qualify for Adjustment of Status. The flat Fee for your case is $1,860.00. In support of the clients for a VAWA application we provide a payment plan to fit each individual case.
