Service Requests:

When contracting services from Less4Legal Paralegal Services, you agree to remit a retainer fee to initiate the preparation of your legal documentation and acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions; and
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Prior to release of any documents, Less4Legal Paralegal Services requires that all fees be paid in full.

Document Amendments: 

After release of your documentation, Less4Legal Paralegal Services will work with you to make any minor changes or amendments to your documents without charge.  

After three (3) business days, Less4Legal Paralegal Services has the right to charge a service fee for excessive amendments or new material added.

Your Fee Covers Only The Costs Of Producing Your Documents: 

All Court filing fees, process service fees, postage, certified/overnight mailing, outside copying, publication/certification fees, or any other costs and expenses associated with the preparation of your legal documents are not included in our published service fees.

Less4Legal Paralegal Services reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or Published Service Fees without further notice.

Refunds:

Legal document preparation or other services are deemed “final and nonrefundable.”  

Final and nonrefundable fees shall include, but not be limited, to:  client’s decision to not accept completed documents; retainer fees for rendered services; or if your spouse, partner or significant other decides to not accept service of filed documentation.

Privacy Considerations:

All information provided to Less4Legal Paralegal Services via this website for completing your legal matters will be protected according to the security standards in effect at such time.  

All information will only be used by Less4Legal Paralegal Services for the preparation of your legal documentation in accordance with your requested specifications.   The information you choose to provide or confide with us is deemed valued, confidential, and will never be shared or sold to any other third party(ies).

ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS FOR THE USE OF COMPLETING FAMILY LAW AND/OR IMMIGRATION FORMS. CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THIS IS A SERVICE PROVIDED BY Less4Legal Paralegal Services AND NO LEGAL ADVICE WILL BE PROVIDED. 

Less4Legal Paralegal Services is not a law firm, does not act as your attorney, and is not a substitute for the advice for an attorney. Less4Legal Paralegal Services does not provide any legal advice, and none of the information provided herein or on any completed document should be construed as legal advice.

At no time do we review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide advice or apply the law to the facts to your particular situation. Our company cannot provide legal advice for any situation or case. As such we cannot make personal recommendations as to what documents should or should not be used and cannot attempt to predict the legal impact of using any certain response or form. 

This document preparation service is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship, and by using our services, no attorney-client relationship will be created. You are totally and solely responsible for your own selections and actions. Again, Less4Legal Paralegal Services cannot make any recommendations for any corrections or changes to the documents or their application, content or use. Any text that is to be revised or replaced must be identified appropriately and detailed replacement text must be provided by the customer. In short, our customers have the option of either (a) providing us with detailed exact replacement text or (b) revising the document themselves.
